Recommendation Letter

Project description:

I need one or two recommendation letters for graduate school. I am a drug researcher and my boss does not like to write so he told me to write the letter and he will review it. I will provide all the information that needs to be included in the letter which will include some technical information however no technical knowledge should be required. Each letter should be about 3 paragraphs and not longer than 1 page.
