Potential of 3 Industries

I am looking for a ghost writer to help me write an article to draw upon that
1) Millionaires in each century all ride on the growth industry in that century. For eg Mattel in baby boomers, real estate tycoons when these baby boomers grow up to get their own homes etc

2) Thus if one wants to start a business, he should also find out what will be the next billion $ industry? What the point of going into a sunset industry where people are packing up to exit.

3) Then highlight 3 industry which will experience expotential growth:
3.1) Internet Marketing
3.2) Home Based Business
3.3) Web Education Business

A brief description on each of these industry and the current value plus expected growth in 5 yr, 10 yr time

The approach I want is simple english and able to draw excitment to the 3 booming industry
