SERVICE SLEUTHS NEEDED!
We are conducting a “mystery shop” project in US – east & west coast, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea and Japan. We need native language speakers in those countries to call, email, write and potentially visit the offices of an international organization to explore service levels and other issues. You will contact the organization several times based on prepared scripts over a 2-4 week period and report on the response by answering a 2-3 page questionnaire. A web site review is also required. The pay is a negotiated turnkey fee for the entire project. The deadline is urgent.
This is not technically a writing job but it requires journalistic skills.
