Distilled Water, Clean your Insides

  By CHAD

Taking Something Out Makes Something New

Water is water, H2O. But what\'s in or not in water and where it comes from is how we define it. Distilled water gets it\'s title because of a process it goes through called distilling. Through this procedure impurities are removed. When water is heated it expands and turns into a gas or vapor, when it cools it returns to a liquid. The distillation happens when the h2o becomes a gas and leaves behind solid toxins as well as many minerals; the h2o cools turning back to drinkable, pure, distilled water.

Water You Drink Should Be Pure

Water is so very important. The only other thing that would be more important is air. With that said pure water is just as important as pure air. Having clean water is essential for the body. Without enough water the systems of the body wear out rapidly; even more so with unclean water. There are benefits to drinking distilled water along with the daily regimen of tap water one may drink. Most water in U.S. cities has been treated through the local water treatment plant but still contains pollutants and water borne diseases. (read your cities water treatment statement next year to find out). These pollutants remain in your system and build up unless you change the liquids you consume; mainly water.

Distilled Water is Very Affordable

To start drinking distilled water all you have to do is buy it at you local grocer or supermarket. Distilled water can also be produced at home with home distillation systems. These range in price from $80.00-$500.00 for home units. They can also be purchased on more of an industrial scale as well, but they are more complex and pricey

Be Real Clean

Some people use distilled water for bathing as it leaves no residue in of itself after cleansing the body. Most people that are familiar with distilled water do not use it for watering plants because some of the inorganic minerals that plants, but not humans need; have be removed from the water in the distillation process.CHAD ALLEN gives perspectives on health and balance.
